All
of our cottages are fully furnished with the exception of
linens and paper goods. Each cottage has a small kitchen
with stove, fridge and dinette, and a living area. Some of
our cottages have 2 double beds, others have a
combination of double and single beds. Each cottage has a charcoal grill and a picnic
table, as well as a patio table located on the screened
porch or deck. Renters must agree to all
rental terms and conditions of
Irwin Bay Cottages' policy.

Bedroom Year Round Vacation Home “Irwin Blue” is very spacious and has 7 bedrooms and 2 baths – and is just a short stroll to the lake. It has a very large and tastefully decorated living room with several seating areas and great views. We’ve recently upgraded the kitchen and it’s now a bright and cheerful place with plenty of room for several people to help out with the cooking. There is a new stove and dishwasher. There are two dining areas in the house, which should seat your entire party comfortably, but you might find yourself gravitating to the large and inviting deck that was recently added. The downstairs bath has a shower over tub. It now has two sinks and is light, bright and airy. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms; three with double beds and two with two twin beds. The upstairs bath has a stall shower. This spacious home will sleep 14 comfortably, or if everyone in your party must have a separate bed it will sleep 9. Whether you’re a large family group, a well behaved group of fishermen or other adults looking to get away together, you’ll find “Irwin Blue” to be a comfortable place to stay! If your group is even larger, you might consider renting this home in conjunction with some of our cottages. We do not allow smoking or pets in the home. “Irwin Blue” is available for year round rentals.

Bedroom Year Round Vacation Home
“Irwin Beige” received a complete remodel a few years
ago. It has a large and tastefully decorated "great
room" with a kitchen, dining and living area. There is a
sliding glass door off the living room which leads to a
lovely deck with fabulous views of the lake. There is 1
bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed, 1 bedroom with
a double bed 1 bedroom with a queen bed. There are 2
baths, one with a shower over a tub and one with a
shower. The kitchen is furnished with all the cookware
you need to make your stay enjoyable and has a
dishwasher and garbage disposal. It is available for
year-round vacation rentals. |

#1
Cottage #1 has 2 bedrooms with a
double bed in each. It has a lovely, private and
shaded screened porch. There is a small dining
area, and a kitchen with an apartment sized
stove. There is a futon in the living room. It
has recently been painted inside and out and has
new floor treatments. Watch for new pictures in
the spring of 2010.

#2
Cottage #2 is our smallest cottage.
It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each.
There is an eat-in kitchen and a bath, but no
living area.

Cottage #3
Cottage #3 is one of our most popular
cottages. It has the largest screened porch, with a great
view of the lake from one end of it. It has 2 bedrooms with
a double bed in each, and a futon in the living room. There
is a combined living, dining, kitchen area and a bath.
We’ve recently added new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, and
a new shower and sink. |
Cottage #4
Cottage #4 sits up the hill and has a fabulous view of the lake. The large screened porch is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each and a daybed/couch in the living room, a combined living, dining, kitchen area and a bath. We’ve completed the remodel which includes changing the bathroom access so that you no longer have to go through a bedroom to get to it. The kitchen faces the front of the cottage and whoever gets dish duty will have wonderful views of the lake from the kitchen window! Cottage #5 Cottage #5 is one of our waterfront cottages and is as close to the water as you can get! This charming cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. It has a combined living, dining, and kitchen area. The bathroom received a remodel in 2009. The screened porch overlooks the lake and docks, and increases the living space in the cottage. #6 Cottage #6 is our 3 bedroom lakefront cottage, and sits about 30 feet from the water. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, and a futon in the living room. There is a living area, an eat-in kitchen and a bath with a combination tub and shower. The cottage received a complete remodel in 2010. It is has many upgrades and is lighter, brighter, more efficient and sure to please! There is a large screened porch which looks out over the docks. It sits right next to the water and books up fast! Cottage #7 is a 2 bedroom "almost
lakefront" cottage. It has a clear view and
access to the lake, and sits back a bit from the
activity at the shoreline. The cottage received
a complete remodel in 2008. The bathroom was a
complete remodel and has a tub with a shower
over it. It is a light and bright cottage, with
a full screened porch which faces the lake.
There is a double bed in each of the bedrooms
and a combined living, dining, kitchen area, and

Cottage #8 has a great view of the lake from 2
sets of sliding doors in the combination living/dining
room. There is a deck off the living room. The
cottage is light and bright. It has 2 bedrooms
with a double bed in each, a small kitchen and
a good sized bathroom. The interior of the cottage
has recently been painted and it has new flooring
throughout. |

Cottage # 9 is our largest cottage and has 3
bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each,
and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a living room, a
separate dining room, a kitchen and a bath. Great views of
the lake can be seen from the living area and from the
screened porch. Guests often comment on how homey and
comfortable it is. |
